When you're using our web services such as the POS web services or the Marketplace App web services you might wonder if there's some delay or slow loading time when processing the page from the services. You can see the status page on status.dealpos.com to see the detailed information about the status of our services whether it is down or not. You can follow the steps below to see the status page on status.dealpos.com:

Step 1. Go to status.dealpos.com

Step 2. You can see the uptime status percentage from service in the Uptime menu

As you can see in the image above, it shows you that all of the .com app services and .com database services (all of the dealpos account with .com domain) is currently in 100% state, which means all the dealpos account with .com domain loading process is on it best condition and didn't have any server issues.

Step 3. You can see the overall uptime in the Overall Uptime menu

As you can see in the image above, the overall uptime status from time to time is above 90%, which means the overall uptime status from all our services from time to time is in the best condition.

Step 4. You can see the last 7 days status update from certain services in the Status Updates menu

As you can see in the image above, there was some status down from our marketplace app services for 1 minute. So whenever you feel the loading page from marketplace.dealpos.app is a bit slow, you can see that there's some down status in the status updates page.
