For buying process in the Buy menu, you can choose/set the default fulfillment option being (Now/Later). It happens if you usually do a transaction with the purchase order system, so you don't have to change manually to be fulfilled later or now. We will guide you step by set how to setup.
Example:
If you choose fulfillment later it can be automatically will be the first option.
Step 1. Go to Settings, navigate to Module, Buy configuration
Step 2. Configure Buy Shipping Default
By default, it will arrange for you to the "Now" option. You can choose either "Now" or "Later."
Step 3. Go to the Buy menu, and the Fulfillment setting will automatically be set to "Later."
Notes:
The Fulfillment button will automatically turn yellow, indicating that the shipping option is set to "Later."

You can still change the fulfillment option manually to "Now."
