Stores that operate beyond regular business hours (typically 8 AM to 5 PM) often require multiple shifts to keep their operations running smoothly. Enabling the Shift feature is useful in this scenario, as it allows each cashier or user to perform a settlement at the end of their shift before the next person takes over.

This setup is commonly found in offline retail stores or minimarkets. In DealPOS, the Shift feature is designed to help manage employee working hours and track performance per cashier. It also makes it easier for admins to monitor shift-based reports, ensuring better accountability and operational control.
