DealPOS has a new feature that allows you to give permission using Loyalty Point by Requesting the OTP Verification. OTP itself is useful for you to not use your point without your any permission, the code can be sent from a phone/email that is already registered to your contact on DealPOS and then after you receive the code you can claim your point.
I. How to Setup
Before you set the config, it will be displayed like this picture below, you cannot click (lock)
Step 1. Make sure your customer contacts are filled with email or phone data
Step 2. Go to Setup Menu - More menu
Choose Application - Loyalty and then go to Redeem - Clik 'Yes' on OTP Verification Redeem Point
II. How to Use
Step 1. Click points
Step 2. It will pop up the suggestion of where your code wants to be sent by phone/email
Step 3. Open your related email and then check the code
Step 4. After that, you can fill in the total points that you want to use
Example: 100 Points = 100.000
