Managing supplier bills with multiple outlets requires accurate transaction numbering to ensure every purchase record is unique and properly synchronized. One common issue occurs when multiple supplier bills have the same transaction number but are assigned to different outlets.

This usually happens when the Outlet Prefix has not been configured in the invoice number setting. As a result, purchase transactions may have duplicate bill numbers and can cause synchronization issues with accounting platforms such as Jurnal.

To resolve this issue, you can update the supplier bill number in bulk using the DealPOS Tools feature.

We have a purchase transaction with the same number (PO-25-03-00001) but different outlets, and we want to change the numbering based on the new numbering configuration.

*here is the current outlet code configuration, after using the tools, the bill number should be renumbered based on outlet prefix as a differentiator

You can choose specific outlet, year, and months transaction to be renumbered. For Example we choose March 2025 with Outlet 2 and Outlet 4.
