A customer named Stephen wants to make an order for a product. When the product that he ordered are being inputted into the selling cart, Stephen wants to hold the orders because he wants to see other products in the store. The cashier can hold his orders to be able to create new customer orders from the next customer's queue.
Step 1. Make Sales Transaction, then Click Park
Make a sales transaction in the sell menu, click the "PARK" button after you've input the product into the selling cart, and fill the Name with the customer name or identification sign.
Notes :
You will make a parked order for sales transaction, it won't make a customer invoice before you complete transaction. Try to check the parked order from orders menu.
Step 2. Try to Retrieve the Parked Order
To call back the items from the parked order, you can click More Action then Click Retrieve button
Choose which order you want to call back.
Step 3. Click Pay to Complete Transaction
