On DealPOS, you can still make sales transactions when your internet connection is offline. DealPOS will continue to function even when your connection is offline after you've entered the Sell menu. The cache will be automatically stored in your browser so that you can keep making sales transactions even without an Internet connection. All the orders will be stored locally in your browser during the offline mode and will be automatically uploaded to the system when you are online.
Important Note: Offline mode only support on Google Chrome or Safari browser

I. Working Status - Online and Offline Mode
Online mode is when your DealPOS system is real-time connected directly to the server through the internet connections. When the working status is online, Orders, Product, and Config data are real-time downloaded and uploaded directly to the server.

While Offline mode is when your DealPOS system is not connected directly to the server because there is no internet connection. In Offline mode, you can still make transactions if you've already synced the product data from the DealPOS system to the local storage first. All the transactions that you've done in Offline mode will not be saved to the server but will be temporarily stored in your browser cache. It's also known as Offline Order
II. Download Product Cache to Local Storage
Step 1. Select synchronize through the sell menu

Click on the sync button to save the product to local cache storage in your browser. The product data that is downloaded will be automatically stored in your browser cache.
III. Bookmark Page Offline Order
Important notes: It's no longer working on chrome version 85 and upper version
if you're using the latest version of Chrome, you will not be able to open offline transactions from bookmarks, The working status will immediately be offline mode when you are online and the internet is off.
Step 1. Click on the bookmarks symbol in the upper right corner to bookmark the page, and click done

Step 2. Select the bookmark button when you want to access the selling page without an internet connection

IV. How to make Offline Order Transactions
Step 1. Change from online to offline then create transactions like normal


Step 2. Sales complete with notification that your transaction is on Offline Mode

V. Upload your Offline Transaction or Invoice
Step 1. Select Synchronize button in the Sell menu

Step 2. Click On Offline Orders

Step 3. Select Send Transaction

Step 4. Check your offline order upload in Order Menu
