A Product is an item offered for sale. A Product can be a service or an item. As an item for sale, the basic component of products are Cost, Price, and Name.
Before you start selling your product, you need to input your product data into our system.

This article will explain how to display product descriptions on sell. You can use this feature if the product has a special note that the cashier needs to know.
Step 1. Open Settings and search for "Product Notes". Under the Product Notes section, toggle "Copy Product Description" to On, then save your changes
Step 2. Create sales transaction to see the Result
After you have set the configuration, the product note will be shown in your selling cart, as shown in the image below.
