Expected on the shift menu is the expectation of money that should be received according to the sales made in the system. To avoid cheating at the cashier, some shops want the expected shift report to be turned off so that the cashier doesn't see the expected money that should be received.
The following article contains the configuration steps to hide the expected payment when you want to close the store or close the register. The steps are as follows:
Step 1. Go to Setup, then Click More Menu

Step 2. Select Module Configuration

Step 3. Go to Shift Tab, Disable Expected Visible, then Click Save

Step 4. Try to Check the Changes when Closing Register
To check the config that you have set, you can go to the shift menu and can see the expected payment will not be visible when you want to close the register.
