By moving beyond one-off discounts and focusing on a value-driven "points" narrative, businesses can foster a sense of belonging and progress that keeps customers engaged long after their first purchase. Please refer to the steps below to learn more.
I. Enable Loyalty Points Configurations
Step 1. Navigate to Settings Menu
Turn on the button and click Save
Description Table
Type | Description |
Enable | Enable or disable Loyalty Point for globally |
Enable Decimal Point | Enable decimal points for the transaction |
Exclusive Full Price Product | Loyalty Point can only be earned for full price item |
Earn Point Amount | Minimum amount transaction to get one point |
Maximum Earned Point / Transaction | Maximum number of loyalty points that can be earned in a single transaction |
OTP Verification Redeem Point | Enable OTP verification before redeem loyalty point |
Redeem Point Value | Configure the point redemption value |
Expiration Months | Configure loyalty point expiration time |
Notify to Email Group | Select email group to notify before points expire |
Expiration Type | Select the type of expiration for loyalty points |
Preferred Payment | Default preffered payment for sales transaction |
Enable Mix Cash and Point | Enable to use of cash and points for payment |
Label Name | Customize loyalty point label |
II. Enable Loyalty Point in the Outlets Menu
Once you have enable the previous configuration. You have to enable the configuration in Outlet menu.
Step 1. Navigate to Outlets Menu
Step 2. Click the Edit button
III. Earn Loyalty Points in Sales Transaction
Step 1. Navigate to Sell Menu
Input customer name and product
Step 2. Loyalty Points Earned
Note:
To prevent a specific product from earning loyalty points. Please refer to the following article: Disable Loyalty Point Earning to Products.
IV. Redeem Loyalty Points For Transactions
Step 1. Navigate to Sell Menu
Search and input customer name then click the loyalty point
Step 2. Set the Redeem Point
Enter the points and click Redeem
Click Confirm
Note:
For example above customer only want to use 50.000 from total point of 100.000
There will be a discount according to the number of used points
The used point will be visible in invoice
