How to Merge Customer Contacts in the Dealpos User Interface

Combine two or more customer contacts into a single contact from DealPOS Contacts UI.

If your contacts list contains two customer entries for the same invidiual, causing their transaction data and point be separated, don't worry. You can merge two or more customer contacts into one using the "Merge Customer" feature. Here is how to do it:


!. Through DealPOS Contacts UI

Step 1. Go To Customer Menu and Select the Contacts.

Step 2. Select the Customer You Want to Merge and Click on Merge.

Step 3. Choose The Customer Name to Keep, The Other Will be Deleted.

Step 4. Succesfully Merged Customer's Contact.

Note:

The Selected Customer Will be Saved, and The Deleted one's Transaction History And Loyalty Points Will be Transferred to The Chosen One.
