To facilitate your business processes we offer a flexible authorization system where you can set and limit what functions your employee (user) can access. This authorization arrangement makes it easier for your business processes to use DealPOS, Here are steps by step for authorization permission :
I. Set User Authorization
This section will explain to users how to manage user group authorization and user outlet authorization.
Step 1. Go to Users, then Select Any User
In this case, we try to set user authorization for existing users. If you want to set authorization for a new user, please click the add button.
Step 2. Submit User Information (Login & Group)
Step 3. Set User Authorization for Outlet
II. Set Group Authorization
Step 1. Go to Users, Click the Groups Tab, then Select Any Group
In this case, we try to set user authorization for the existing user group. If you want to set authorization for a new user group, please click the add button.
Step 2. Set User Role on Group
In the group form, you can set the roles of the user by what you want. Then click save to set the roles.

Step 3. Duplicate Group
If you want to create a Group that has similar roles to another Group, you could Copy that Group to Duplicate it. Once it is duplicated, you could change it a little bit so it's not the same as the previous group.
