Sometimes, transactions from Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Tokopedia, or other marketplace channels are not automatically recorded in DealPOS. This usually occurs when a sales transaction contains products that have not yet been synced with DealPOS (e.g., mismatched SKUs).
You can use this feature to download any failed transactions and automatically import them into DealPOS. To get started, log in to DealPOS Omnichannel.
Before downloading sales transactions, ensure that all products sold on your sales channels are fully synced with DealPOS.
Step 1. Navigate to Order Menu
Click the Download tab and select the markeplace channel, set the date range, and then click the Next button in the right corner.

Step 2. Download Order Preview
Click the Next button
Once you have clicked the Next button. Ensure the status of Download Order is success without the red mark highlight like the screenshot below. If you found a red mark highligh please refer to the following article: Common Errors in Downloading Channel Orders

Step 3. Order Log
To view the details of the download order. Please select the Log tab.
You can view the order log for the maximum of the past 7 days. Click on the count number to view the details.
As shown in the screenshot below, two invoice numbers were downloaded. The first one failed due to insufficient inventory, while the second succeeded - as indicated the by the blank Exception column showing a success order log.
