The city is one additional data that we can input into customer data. With city information data, you can get Sales Reports by Region at the Reports Menu in the Dealpos system.
In this article, we will explain the steps for entering city list data in bulk using a CSV file.
Step 1. Go to Contacts, Click More Menu, then Click City
Step 2. Click Import Button
Step 3. Click Download Sample, then Open CSV File
Download sample used to get CSV sample file that supported format.
Step 4. Input City Data for the Customer, then Save the File
Step 5. Choose File, then Upload File
Click the Choose File button, then select your file containing the city list, and then click the Upload button.
Step 6. The file was Imported Successfully
List City has been successfully entered into the system :
