In this article, we will help you how to disable setting 2FA in your Dealpos account, for the main user or for another user. This config will help, If you lost your phone or accidentally uninstall your Authenticator App, have no worries because right now we provide you with a config to disable 2FA for each user when that thing happens, so you can disable the 2FA and create a new one. There are 2 ways, to disable 2FA authentication.

I. Disable 2FA from Profile
Step I. Click Store Name, then Select My Profile
Step II. Click TOTP Tab, then Disable Two Factor Authentication
Notes :
TOTP has been disabled.
II. Disable TOTP from Users
Step I. Go to Users, then Select User to Disable TOTP
Choose which user you want to disable (Example : Admin).
Step II. Go to 2FA Tab
Step III. Disable 2FA, then Click Update
Set "Enable Two Factor Authentication" to non-active.
Notes :
TOTP has been disabled.
