Register your EDC machine to be able to make transactions using EDC in DealPOS

If you have an EDC machine in your store and you're using DealPOS to make sales transactions, you can integrate your EDC machine with your DealPOS account as the payment method. If your EDC machine is integrated with Deal POS, you can automatically proceed and print the sales transactions after you swipe your customer's debit or credit cards using the EDC machine.

In order to integrate your EDC machine with DealPOS, you must register your EDC machine. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Contact our Customer Support Team

You can contact our customer support team by clicking the help button in the Right bottom corner of this page. Or you can directly chat with our support teams on the Whatsapp number here.

Step 2. Fill the registration form from DealPOS and BCA team

You will get the registration document after you contact our customer support team. There will be documents in order to register your Deal POS account to be able to integrate with the EDC machine. The documents are separated into 2 documents based on your EDC machine status (registration document for existing EDC machine user and registration document for new EDC machine user).

Notes:

You'll need to register your EDC machine to our DealPOS even if you've already used the EDC machine for a long time before using DealPOS.

Step 3. Send the soft copy document to DealPOS team

After fill the registration form you can send back the soft copy to our support team, and we are going to review the document. Make sure you scanning the soft copy using scanner, so we can preview and check it clearly.

Step 4. Wait for verification from DealPOS

We need some times to verify the registration form you have submitted. If there are any revisions related to the submitted documents, we will contact you as soon as possible (you can repeat Step 3). If there are no revisions related to the submitted documents, we will forward the documents to the BCA team for further review.

Step 5. Waiting for verification from BCA

Just like Step 4, the BCA team also requires time to check the registration form that has been submitted. If there are no revisions related to the submitted documents, you can proceed to the next step.

Step 6. Send the Hard Copy to BCA office

After the data is verified and confirmed to be correct, the BCA team will inform the DealPOS team to notify the merchant to send their registration form documents to the BCA office (the BCA office address will be provided directly through the DealPOS support team).
