Transfer Order is a feature in DealPOS designed to transfer stock from one outlet to another. You can upload records of the transfer order to Jurnal ID.
Essentially, Transfer Orders created in DealPOS will automatically be uploaded to Jurnal ID. This article will explain how to manually upload a transfer order through DealPOS x Jurnal.
Before uploading the transfer order to Jurnal ID, please ensure that you have completed the following :
Create the Source and Destination Outlets in the Warehouse Module in Jurnal ID (Warehouse name must be identical/without any missing or excess characters). You can contact the Jurnal ID team for assistance in creating the Warehouse.
Create a Transfer Order in DealPOS. Learn more about Transfer Order.
Step 1. Sign In To DealPOS x Jurnal
Log in using the DealPOS domain, along with the same username and password used to access DealPOS.
Step 2. Go to Orders, then Choose Transfer Order Tab
Step 3. Choose Outlet & Date Range, then Click Upload
Notes :
Select the source outlet during filtering (not the destination outlet).
Step 4. Check Transfer Order at Jurnal ID
Go to "Produk", choose "Gudang" tab, then choose "Daftar Transfer Gudang".
