Add New Currencies to Enable Multi-Currency Transactions

Set up multiple currencies in DealPOS and manage transactions seamlessly.

Currency is a legally recognized form of money used within a specific country or region for conducting transactions. For businesses operating in multiple countries or dealing with international customers, managing different currencies within their sales system is essential to ensure accurate pricing, seamless transactions, and proper financial reporting. By configuring multiple currencies in DealPOS, businesses can set appropriate exchange rates, prevent discrepancies in financial records, and provide a smoother purchasing experience for their customers.

In this article, we will explain how to create currency in DealPOS.


Step 1. Go to Setup, Currency Tab, and then click Add

You can click Continue if your business sells using multiple currencies.


Step 2. Input Name, Symbol, and Exchange Rate

Notes:

  • Input Name (Currency Name, example: Dollar)

  • Symbol (Currency Symbol, example: $)

  • Exchange Rate (The rate currency is entered with the primary currency, example $1 equals Rp. 16.800)

Step 3. Currency Added Successfully
