[TUTORIAL VIDEO] CREATE SALES TRANSACTION FROM SELL MENU
Selling is one of the main activities of every business. Selling is a transaction where products or services are exchanged for money. At its essence, selling is providing something (products or services) in exchange for money or other valuable items.
To create sales transaction in DealPOS. Please refer to the article below.
Step 1. Navigate to Sell menu
Input items using several methods such as: using quick key, search manually in the seach bar or you can use scanner if your products have barcode.
Notes:
1. Quick key is indicated by number 1
2. Search bar is indicated by number 2
Step 2. Add Customer Name (Optional)
To input an existing customer, you can simply search by name. If you want to add a new customer, you can click the (+) button and then enter the details
Step 3. Add Discounts (Optional)
There are 2 types of discounts that you can input. Product discount and invoice discount. If you want to add invoice discount, please click the % button.
If the discount are products based you can select the product first
If you don't want to multiply the discount with the item's quantity, you can turn off the quantity button.
Step 4. Use Loyalty Point (Optional)
If your store using loyalty/membership points, customer can also use it to pay transactions.

Step 5. Input Order Note (Optional)
An invoice note is an optional requirement when creating sales transactions. It will help you to make a note like when there's additional information from that sales transaction that you want to insert into the invoice. To create invoice notes you can click on the Notes button.
Note: the order note doesn't appear on the printed invoice

Step 6. Pay to Complete the Transaction
