One of the main requirements for synchronizing the products you have on DealPOS with the products you have at Shopee is that each product is required to have a product SKU and variant SKU. In the following article, we will explain the steps for changing or adding product SKUs and SKU variants to products that you already have in your Shopee Seller account.

I. Update Product SKU
Step 1. Login to Shopee Seller
Step 2. Go to Product, Open My Product, then Click Edit
Step 3. Change or Add Variant Codes in Variant Information
Step 4. Click Update Button
II. Bulk Update Product SKU
Step 1. Go to My Product, Click Edit Button, then Choose Mass Update
Step 2. Go to Download Tab (Sales Information) then Click Create
Step 3. Click Download
Wait for the download button to appear.
The file will download automatically then open downloaded file.
Step 4. Update Product/Variant SKU, then Save File
Notes :
For products with no variant must be inputted the SKU Induk same as SKU column.
Step 5. Upload Product & Wait Until Complete
Click the upload tab then select the file and wait for the upload process to complete.
