One of the main requirements for synchronizing the products you have on Dealpos with the products you have at Shopee is that each product is required to have a product SKU and variant SKU. In the following article, we will explain the steps for changing or adding product SKUs and SKU variants to products that you already have in your Shopee Seller account.
I. Change Manually One by One
Step 1. Login to your Shopee seller account
Direct Link : https://seller.shopee.co.id/account/signin
Step 2. Go to the product menu then go to my product then press the edit button
Step 3. Change or Add Variant Codes in Variant Information
Step 4. Click Update Button
II. Changing SKU Products and SKU Variants In Bulk
Step 1. Go to my product menu then click the edit button manually then select mass update
Step 2. On download tab then sales information then click create
Step 3. Wait for download button to appear
The file will download automatically then open the downloaded file
Step 4. Input or update product SKU and variant SKU
Step 5. Click upload tab then select the file and wait for the upload process to complete
